The service

SyncSquirrel is made and run by Blue Dot Apps ("we"). It keeps the unsubscribes and email consent in your Zoho CRM Leads and Contacts and one Mailchimp audience in step. It ticks or unticks Email Opt Out in Zoho, and adds, unsubscribes or archives members in Mailchimp, by the rules shown on the Settings page; every change is listed on the Activity page. It is not made by, or affiliated with, Mailchimp or Zoho. You need your own Zoho CRM and Mailchimp accounts.

Your account

Your account is your Zoho CRM organization. Anyone in it who signs in with Zoho uses the same account. Only connect a Zoho organization and a Mailchimp account you are allowed to use. The sync uses part of your Zoho API credits and your Mailchimp API limits.

Billing

One plan: $29 a month per Zoho CRM organization, every feature included, with a 10-day free trial (see the pricing page). You can cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Your data

How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the sync fast and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties. Zoho or Mailchimp can change or limit their APIs, which can stop the sync from working. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
